Return & Refund Policy

At collective by coco, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. To be eligible for a full refund, returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

A Few Things to Note:

  1. Final sale items are not eligible for return. This includes any discounted pieces, items purchased with a promo code, or sale markdowns.

  2. We currently do not offer store credit.

  3. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Need to Start a Return?

Submit your return request through THIS FORM. Once approved, we'll email you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If Something's Wrong

We carefully inspect every item before it ships, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@collectivebycoco.com within 3 days of delivery. We'll take care of it ASAP.

Need a Different Size?

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to switch sizes or styles is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider. If it’s been longer, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@collectivebycoco.com.
